Challenge
The previous agency delivered poor results: leads cost over 5,000 rubles each, were cold, and unqualified. Traffic targeted irrelevant coastal cities, and web analytics were completely missing.
Solution
We built search semantics and negative keyword lists from scratch. Configured Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics goal tracking, and integrated CRM workflows. We redesigned the landing pages, adding a dynamic property selection form that inputs parameters directly into the CRM.
